eonstruction and comp1et1on of a public improvement in the City

Edison Park parking lot, in the City of Anaheim, con-
sisting of excavation, construction of AC/soil sterilant/
sub-base, construction of PCC gutter, curb, sidewalk and
access ramp) saw cutting of concrete and parking lot
striping and all appurtenant work as shown on the plans
and delineated in the specifications on file in the office
of the City Engineer, Account No. 16-816-7107.
AND WHEREA:3>> the City Council instructed the
Public Works Department to prepare detailed designs, plans,
profiles, drawings and specifications, and estimates of
:~uantities and costs and make necessary surveys for the construc-
tion of said pUbl1.r: Improvement; and.
