CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE CONSTRUC-
TION AND C:OfvlPLETION OF A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT, TO
WIT:
CLEMENTINE STREET STREET IMPROVEMENT, FREEDMAN WAY
TO KATELLA AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, ACCOUNT
NOS. 13-792-6325-2480 & 51-605-6329-26280-76100.
APPROVING THE DESIGNS, PLANS, PROFILES, DRAWINGS
AND SPECH'ICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION THEREOF;
AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SAID PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID PLANS, SPECI-
FICATIONS, ETC.; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH A NOTICE INVITING
SEALED PHOPOSALS f'OR THE CONSTRUCTION THEREOF.
WHEREA~) ~ pUblic convenience and necessity require the
construction and camp let ion of a pub 11 c improvement in the City
of Anaheim, to w1t.
Clementine Street street improvement, Freedman Way to
Katella Avenue, in the City of Anaheim, consisting of
clearing and grubbing; excavation; construction of
P.C.C. curb, gutter, aprons, sidewalk, access ramps,
and drive approach; construction of RCP storm drain,
P.C.C. collar and catch basin; construction of asphalt
concrete; construction of base material; relocation of
signs; adjustment of manholes and water valve boxes to
grade; and all appurtenant work as shown on the plans
and delineated in the specifications on file in the
office of the City Engineer, Account Nos. 13-792-6325-2480
and 51-605-6329-26280-76100.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council instructed the Public
Works Department to prepare detailed designs, plans,
profiles, drawings and specifications, and estimates of
quantities and costs and make necessary surveys for the construc-
tion of said public improvement; and
