AND ABANDON CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS AND ALLEYS
AND Ti'IXnJG A DATE FOR A HEARING r.':'IEREON.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to 0roceed under the nrovisions of the Street
':facation i\ct of loin (Section 8300 et seq., Streets and Highway
Code) in connection with requests for vacation and abandonment
of nublic streets located within the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to
vacate, abandon and close to nublic use the following described
undeveloned streets, allevs, storm drain and sewer easements
located within Tracts 9212 and 9215, said streets named Lookout
Lane, Canyon View Drive, Fieldbury Lane and Ridgeview Road, as
said streets and alleys are shown on a map or plan on file in the
lffice of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT H'URTHEFi EESOLv'"ED that all persons interested in
or objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at a
nublic hearing to be held at 3:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon there-
",fter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber in the
City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, California, on:
July 15, 1980
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the D&Ssage of this resolution and shall cause the same to be
Dublisheo in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, nrinted, nublished and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
THE vOREQOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of June, 1980.
