RESOLUTION NO. 86R - 293
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 86R-103 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR UNREPRESENTED
PART-TIME JOB CLASSIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated June 17, 1986, that the classifications of Day Care Coordinator,
Recreation Director - Day Care, and Recreation Leader - Day Care be allocated
to the unrepresented part-time classifications unit of representation; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 86R-103 which established rates of compensation for unrepresented
part-time job classifications; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
assignment of these classifications to the unrepresented part-time
classifications unit of representation are in the best interests of the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That effective June 27, 1986, the basic compensation plan for all
officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in
the future be employed in the classifications listed below shall be allocated
to the salary schedules in the Salary Schedule Master as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
