RESOLUTION NO. 86R-320
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
571 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 64R-470 NULL
AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 5 71 0 n Jun e 30, 196 4 , by Res 0 1 uti 0 n No. 6 4 R - 4 70; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 571 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 64R-470 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8t day of July, 1986.
