RESOLUTION NO. 86R-322
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 4
AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 3501 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted a special use permit
for a private swimming club, subsequently identified as
Conditional Use Permit No.4 on October 9, 1956, by Resolution No.
3501; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Special Use Permit or Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is
no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No.4 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 3501 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th day of July, 1986.
