RESOLUTION NO. 86R-328
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE NO. 2121 AND
DECLARING RESOLUTION NOS. 8lR-357 and 82R-470
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREASt the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 2121 on July 28t 1981, by Resolution No. 8lR-357, and amended
jt on September 21, 1982 by Resolution No. 82R-470; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 2121 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution Nos. 8lR-357 and 82R-470 be
declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Ci ty Counci 1 of the Ci ty of Anaheim this 8th day of Julym 1986.
