RESOLUTION NO. 86R-329
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 80-81-14
AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NOS. 81R-356 and
82R-469 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Reclassification No.
80-81-14 on July 28, 1981, by Resolution No. 81R-356, as amended
on September 21, 1982 by Resolution No. 82R~469; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Reclassification resolution for the reason it is no longer needed;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Reclassification No. 80-81-14 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution Nos. 81R-356 and 82R-469 be
declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th day of July, 1986.
