RESOLUTION NO. 86R-337
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT OF
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IN CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT NO. 2377 AND AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO.
82R-498 AND 84R-259 ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
heretofore adopted Resolution No. 82R-498 approving Conditional
Use Permit No. 2377, subject to certain conditions specified
therein and amended certain conditions therein by Resolutions No.
84R-259 and 85R-46l; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has now requested further
amendment to certain of said conditions of approval heretofore
imposed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public
hearing on July 15, 1986, at which hearing the City Council did
receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary, relating
to said request; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines
that the public interest and welfare require the amendment of said
conditions of approval in the manner hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the Condition No.7 of Conditional Use Permit
No. 2377 as set forth in Resolution NO. 85R-461 be, and the same
is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"That subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with plans and specifications on
file with the City of Anaheim marked Revision No. 2 of
Exhibit Nos. 1 and 7; Exhibit Nos. 9 through 11, and
15; and Revision No.1 of Exhibit Nos. 13 and 14;
provided, however, that no cars shall be displayed
anywhere on the parcel west of Brasher Street except
within the fenced area to the rear of the proposed
building."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly amended
herein, Resolutions No. 82R-498 and 84R-259 shall remain in full
force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of July, 1986.
