RESOLUTION NO. 86R-348
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 85R-264
ESTABLISHING CART RENTAL FEES TO BE CHARGED AT
THE H.G. "DAD" MILLER ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL GOLF
COURSE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim adopted
Resolution No. 85R-264 on June 5, 1985, establishing green fees
and cart rental fees at the H.G. "Dad" Miller Anaheim Municipal
Golf Course and the Anaheim Hills Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, it is determined that the schedule of rates for
golf car rental at H.G. "Dad" Miller Anaheim Municipal Golf Course
should be amended.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Anaheim that Resolution No. 85R-264 be, and it is hereby,
to revise the schedule of rates at the H.G. "Dad" Miller
Municipal Golf Course effective August 1, 1986, as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly s~t
forth herein, Resolution No. 85R-264 shall remain in full force

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29th day of July, 1986.
