RESOLUTION NO. 86R-386
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO
EXECUTE A DEED FOR ACCESS RIGHTS ALONG DURST
STREET.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim controls the vehicular
Access Rights in and to the northerly right of way line of Durst
Street east of Lemon Street in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the owner of that property bordering the
northerly right of way line of Durst Street at Lemon Street
obtained a Zoning Variance from the City of Anaheim, a condition
of which was to close a driveway onto Lemon Street in exchange
for the City granting to the owner access rights onto Durst
Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby find and determine it is in the best interests of the City
to grant the Easement for access rights by deed, copy of which is
attached.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
directed to execute the Easement Deed for Vehicular Access Rights
attached to this resolution on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
this 2nd day of September , 1986.
