RESOLUTION NO. 86R-387
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 86R-123 WHICH
ADOPTED THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND
GENERAL TRUCK DRIVERS UNION, LOCAL 952
WHEREAS, on March 25, 1986, the City Council passed Resolution
No. 86R-123, and through error the duration was incorrectly stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of
the City of Anaheim to correct said Resolution No. 86R-123, nunc pro tunc, to
reflect the appropriate duration date of the 9th day of February, 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that it amend and it does amend Resolution No. 86R-123 to reflect the
correct duration date, nunc pro tunc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended Resolution
No. 86R-123 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
Council of the City of Anaheim this
