RESOLUTION NO. 86R-393
A RESOLUTION OF THB CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80R-532 WHICH
GRANTED AUTHORITY UP TO ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS TO
THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY TO RESOLVE
EMPLOYEE WAGE CLAIMS.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated September 11, 1984, that authority to settle employee wage claims
continue to be granted to the City Manager and City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
80R-532 which set a limit of up to one thousand dollars, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim find that the
increase in authority is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the authority to resolve employee wage claims by the City Manager
and City Attorney is hereby increased to $lO,OOO.Ou.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution 80R-~32 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of Se ternber 1986.
