RESOLUTION NO. 86R-400
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING CERTAIN FEES TO BE
CHARGED BY THE COUNTY OF ORANGE PERTAINING TO
ANIMAL CONTROL.
WHEREAS, the County of Orange provides animal control
services within the boundaries of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has adopted and
amended certain fees to be charged to members of the public for
animal control services; and
WHEREAS, the County of Orange has requested the City of
Anaheim to adopt and amend such fees for and relating to animal
control services provided within the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby adopt and amend the following
fees for certain animal control services:
A.
Late Fee - dog license renewal
$10.00
B. Fees for relinquishment of animals -
1) each adult animal
2) each litter (including
the adult female, if
relinquished)
$5.00
$5.00
C.
Quarantine of animal on
owner's premises
$25.00
All other animal control fees previously adopted and not
modified by this resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day
of September , 1986.
