RESOLUTION NO. 86R-423
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING FEES FOR PARKING AT
ANAHEIM STADIUM FOR CALIFORNIA ANGELS LEAGUE
CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES AND WORLD SERIES GAMES
WHEREAS, by Resolution 84R-247 dated June 26, 1984, the
City Council of the City of Anaheim established fees for parking
at the Anaheim Convention Center and the Anaheim Stadium at Three
Dollars ($3.00) per space, except as provided by contract or
otherwise specified; and
WHEREAS, such fees established by Resolution 84R-247
became effective on January 1, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find and determine that the fee for parking at Anaheim Stadium
should be amended for California Angels League Championship Series
and World Series games.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that, effective on the date this resolution is
approved and adopted, the fees for parking in the parking lot at
Anaheim Stadium for California Angels League Championship Series
and World Series games be, and they are hereby, established at
Five Dollars ($5.00) per space.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 23rd day of September,
1986.
