RESOLUTION NO. 86R-431
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS,
EASEMENTS AND/OR FACILITIES HERETOFORE
IRREVOCABLY OFFERED FOR DEDICATION.
WHEREAS, the following public streets, easements and/or
facilities were heretofore irrevocably offered for dedication to
the City of Anaheim by document or documents recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder in the book and page of the
documents hereinafter set forth to wit:
A. Road and public utility purposes:
1. Kaiser Boulevard
2. Old Springs Road
3. Chaparral Court
4. Monte Vista Road
B. Easements for electric utilities as shown on the Map.
C. Dedication of street improvements, storm drain
improvements, sanitary sewer improvements, electrical
improvements and water supply improvements, all
(hereinafter "Facilities") as shown on the Map.
All as described on Parcel Map No. 84-233 filed in Book 202, pages
41-44 of Parcel Maps.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Facilities on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 30th day ofSepternber, 1986.
