RESOLUTION NO. 86R-437
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING A CONDITION OF APPROVAL OF
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2693 AS SET FORTH
IN RESOLUTION NO. 85R-364.
WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore adopted its
Resolution No. 85R-364 granting Conditional Use Permit No. 2693 on
August 13, 1985; and
WHEREAS, said resolution contained 21 express conditions
upon which said conditional use permit was granted; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property has requested
reconsideration of Condition No. 14; and
WHEREAS, that certain condition as set forth on said
resolution has been found by City staff to serve no purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit No. 2693 as set forth
in Resolution No. 85R-364 be, and the same is hereby, amended by
restating Condition No. 14 as set forth therein to read as follows:
"14. That a six (6) foot high masonry block wall
shall be constructed and maintained along the west
property line and the westerly seventy (70) feet of
the south property line, and that a three (3) foot
high masonry block wall shall be constructed and
maintained along the easterly fifty-four (54) feet of
the south property line. The wall height, however,
shall not exceed thirty (30) inches in the front ten
(10) foot setbacks adjacent to Lincoln Avenue and
State College Boulevard."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly set
forth herein, Resolution No. 85R-364 shall remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 30th day of September,
1986.
