RESOLUTION NO. 86R-446
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DISTRICT AGREEMENT
NO. 3784.
WHEREAS, signal improvements at the Lakeview exit from
the Riverside Freeway (SR-9l) are to be performed (hereinafter
"the Project"); and
WHEREAS, District Agreement No. 3784 (hereinafter
"Agreement") has been prepared whereby state funds are authorized
to pay a portion of the Project with the City of Anaheim providing
matching funds; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of the Agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of District Agreement No. 3784 are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
