RESOLUTION NO. 86R-447
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A LETTER OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AND ANAHEIM FIREFIGHTERS
ASSOCIATION LOCAL NO. 2899
WHEREAS, on August 21, 1984, the City Council approved Resolution
84R-321 adopting a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Anaheim and
the Anaheim Firefighters Association, Local No. 2899 and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director met and conferred with
officials and employee representatives of the Anaheim Firefighters
Association, Local No. 2899 to discuss specific concerns relative to amending
Article 36, Vacation.
WHEREAS, a Letter of Understanding dated September 3, 1986 between
the parties has been prepared and signed amending provisions of the current
Memorandum of Understanding effective October 1, 1986.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
adoption of said Letter of Understanding is in the best interest of the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the Letter of Understanding dated April 25, 1986, between the
City of Anaheim and Anaheim Firefighters Association, Local No. 2899 is hereby
approved.

have reached the following agreement on vacation accrual during 4850 leave:
