RESOLUTION NO. 86R-452
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING, NUNC PRO TUNC,
RECLASSIFICATION NO. 85-86-21 AS SET FORTH IN
RESOLUTION NO. 86R-355.
WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore conducted a duly
noticed public hearing on the 29th day of July, 1986, as required
by the provisions of Chapter 18.03 of Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and, pursuant thereto, approved a zone change in
Reclassification Proceeedings No. 85-86-21; and
WHEREAS, said action by the City Council was memoralized
in Resolution No. 86R-355; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, the
zone change in said resolution was stated as rezoning the affected
property into the "RM-1200" Zone; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby desires to amend the
zoning of said Resolution No. 86R-355, nunc pro tunc, to
accurately state the action of the City Council
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 86R-355 is amended, nunc pro
tunc, to change the new classification of Reclassification No.
85-86-21 from "RM-1200" to "RM-2400."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly provided
herein, Resolution No. 86R-355 shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Ci ty Counc i 1 of the Ci ty of Anahe im thi s 7th day of Octo er. 1986.
