RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 596
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNC IL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THAT CERTAIN AGREE-
MENT FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN WORK ON
NOHL RANCH LAKE ENTERED INTO ON SEPTEMBER 10,
1969 BETWEEN THE CITY AND H. WALLACE JAYNES
AND R. E. CAMPBELL DOING BUSINESS AS ORCA
DIVING SERVICE.
WHEREAS an agreement was entered into by and between
the City of Anaheim and H. Wallace Jaynes and R. E. Campbell
doing business as Orca Diving Service on the 10th day of
September, 1969, wherein said Orca Diving Service agreed to
perform certain work on Noh1 Ranch Lake; and
WHEREAS, the performance of said agreement will take
longer than the parties had first contemplated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Paragraphs III and IV of that certain
agreement entered into by and between the City of Anaheim and
H. Wallace Jaynes and R. E. Campbell doing business as Orca
Diving Service on September 10, 1969, be amended to read as
follows:
HIlI. It is estimated that the aforementioned
diving services will take approximately
twenty-seven (27) days. Ii
\.IV. It is hereby agreed and understood that
the total sum to be paid ORCA hereunder
will not exceed the sum of $12,500.00
without the prior written consent of the
City Council of the City of Anaheim. 11
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized to execute such amendment to
said agreement dated September 10, 1969, for and on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me
this 21st day of October, 1969.
