A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND
DELIVERY OF A QUITCLAIM DEED REMISING, RELEAS-
ING AND QUITCLAIMING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN
CONNECTION WITH AN ABANDONED WELL.
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that it is the owner of a fractional interest in a well and
well site, the latter being approximately eight feet square;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that its minimal interest in said well site is of no value to
the City, but stands in the way of clearing title to certain
property surrounding said well site, and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that it is in the best interest of the City to quitclaim its
interest in said well site to the owners of the land surround-
ing the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to make, execute and
deliver to JERRY VICTOR HALER, a married man, ANGEL LERMA
MALER, a single man, and ALMA CLARA MALER, a single woman, a
good and sufficient Quitclaim Deed remising, releasing and
quitclaiming the following described real property in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California:
That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 51, page 10, ~tiscellaneous r~ps, in the Office
of the County Recorder of said County, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Southeast
quarter; thence along the West line of said Southeast
quarter North 00 23' 29" West 370.02 feet to the North
line of the South 370.00 feet of said Southeast quarter;
thence along said North line North 880 581 00" East
299.05 feet; thence North 10 02' 00 a West 75.00 feet;
thence North 880 58' 00" East 45.50 feet; thence South
10 02' Don East 2.00 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence Easterly in a direct line 9.50 feet to a point that
is distant South 10 02' 00" East 1.00 foot from the East-
erly prolongation of that certain course hereinbefore
described as having a bearing and length of "Nor'\:h ggo
58' 00" East 45.50 feet, thence Southerly at right angles
to said last mentioned course having a distance of 9.50
feet, a distance of 9.50 feet; thence Westerly at right
angles to said last mentioned course a distance of 9.50
feet; thence Norelerly at right angles to said last
mentioned course a distance of 9.50 feet to the true
point of beginning.
