A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 98R-214 NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, on October 13, 1998, the City Council of the City of Anaheim approved
Resolution No. 98R-214 which approved a Letter of Understanding between the International
Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47 and the City of Anaheim to discuss specific concerns
relative to amending Article 17 Salary Relationships and Appendix "A" Wages, of said
Memorandum of Understanding; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error the salary schedule in Appendix "A"
Wages was incorrectly stated in said Letter of Understanding; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim to
correct said Resolution No. 98R-214, nunc pro tune, to reflect the true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
the attached Letter of Understanding is corrected nunc pro tune to include the correct salary
schedule and is hereby substituted in place and instead of the original Letter of Understanding;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended herein Resolution No.
98R-214 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim this 12th day of January 1999.
