RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 544
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEH1 ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
EUNICE WILLIAMS, as her sole and separate proper tv
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of Lot 4 of
the Stockwell Subdivision, as shown on a Map re-
corded in Book 6, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described
as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Ken-
wood Avenue and East Street, as shown on a Record
of Survey Map filed in Book 84, page 6 of Record
of Surveys in the Office of the County Recorder
of Orange County; thence following along the center-
line of said Kenwood Avenue, North 890 37' 5211 West
410.17 feet; thence North 00 22' 28" East 9.04 feet
to the true point of beginning, said point of be-
ginning being a point in a curve concave Northeasterly
and having a radius of 40.00 feet, a radial line
bearing North 610 121 48" West passes through said
point; thence Southwesterly, Southerly, Southeasterly
Easterly and Northeasterly along said curve through

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
