RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 519
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal pu~poses, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
THE CORSICAN, a limited partnership
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State-of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the Northwest quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 12, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Lincoln
Avenue (formerly known as Anaheim-Olive Road) and
Sunkist Street as shown on a Map of Tract 3438, recorded
in Book 132, pages 7, 8 and 9 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County; thence along the centerline
of said Sunkist Street South 00 10' 16" West 236.48
feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing
along the centerline of said Sunkist Street South
00 10' 16" West 373.25 feet; thence South 890 52'
41" East 45 feet to an intersection with a line parallel
with and 45 feet Easterly of the centerline of said
Sunkist Street; thence North 00 10' 16" East along
said parallel line 342.03 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve concave Easterly and having a radius

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
