RESOLUTION NO. 69R-5l5
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AREA DEVELOPMENT
PLAN NO. 103, EXHIBIT "B".
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider Area Development
Plan No. 103, constituting alternative methods of developing and
possible circulation of an area more particularly hereinafter des-
cribed, and at said hearing did receive evidence and reports from
persons interested therein and from its staff; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following
the hearing thereon, the Planning Commission did duly announce by
formal resolution its findings of facts and declare its opinions
and reasons for recommending approval of Area Development Plan No.
103, Exhibit "B"; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings and recommendation of the City Plann-
ing Commission, the City Council did fix the 2nd day of September,
1969, as the time, and the City Council Chambers in the City Hall
in the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon said
Area Development Plan No. 103; and did continue said hearing to
September 10, 1969, to allow re-examination of the subject property
by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hear-
ing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing and
did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard
and did receive evidence and reports and did thereupon consider the
summary of evidence presented at said public hearing before the Plann-
ing Commission, its report of findings and recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Area Development Plan No. 103, Exhibit "B" should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Area Development Plan No. 103, Exhibit "B",
being the most satisfactory manner of development and traffic cir-
culation, encompassing all of the following described area:
Those certain seven deep, narrow lots located on the south
side of Orangewood Avenue, approximately 100 feet west of
the centerline of Ninth Street, said property having a
frontage of approximately 850 feet and a maximum depth
of approximately 295 feet,
be, and the same is hereby approved.
