A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal pu+,poses, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
MYRNA MYRON, an unmarried woman
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lot 85, Tract No. 1843, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 53, pages 45 and 46 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of State College
Boulevard formerly known as Placentia Avenue, and Center Street,
as shown on a Map of said Tract 1843; thence Northerly along
the centerline of said State College Boulevard North 00 07' 30"
East 218.97 feet; thence North 890 51' 40" East 53 feet to an
intersection with a line parallel with and 53 feet Easterly of
the centerline of said State College Boulevard; thence South
00 07' 30" West 141.53 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet; thence
Southerly and Southeasterly along said curve through a central
angle of 990 46' 47" an arc distance of 26.12 feet to an inter-
section with a line parallel with and 50 feet Northerly of the
centerline of said Center Street; thence South 90 39' 17" East
50 feet to an intersection with the centerline of said Center
Street; thence South 800 20' 43" West along the centerline of
said Center Street 80.21 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
