RESOLUTION NO. 69R- 411
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND AUTONETICS DIVISION OF NORTH AMERICAN
ROCKWELL CORPORATION TO FURNISH CONSULTING
SERVICES TO THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to develop an
interim date accumulation system and a study for the final
development of a management information system; and
WHEREAS, North American Rockwell Corporation is well
qualified to develop such systems for the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, said corporation has submitted a proposal on
Autonetics letter 69AN9560, dated June 17, 1969, signed by s.
L. Hasin, Vice President; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that said
proposal will best serve the interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that said proposal is hereby accepted and
approved by the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager of the
City of Anaheim is hereby authorized to execute a letter on be-
half of the City of Anaheim accepting said proposal.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
10th day of July, 1969.
