RESOLUTION NO. 69R-390
A RESOLUTIO~J OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal pu~poses, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, 'l'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
SPRAYON PRODUCTS, INC., an Ohio Corporation
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of the Northwest quarter of Section
4, Township 4 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B.& M. described as
follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 4; thence
North 890 09' 05" East 87.74 feet along the North line of said
Section, said North line being parallel with and 10 feet South
of the centerline of Coronado Street, formerly known as Walnut
Street, as shown on a Map recorded February 11, 1963 in Book
62, page 35 of Record of Surveys in the Office of the County
Recorder of Orange County; thence South 00 50' 55" East 22.00
feet to a point in a curve, said curve being concave South-
easterly and having a radius of 25.00 feet, a radial line
passing through said point having a bearing of North 00 50' 55"
West; thence Westerly and Southerly along said curve through
a central angle of 810 18' 49" an arc distance of 35.48 feet
to the beginning of a reverse curve concave Northwesterly and
having a radius of 3,240 feet; thence Southwesterly along said
curve through a central angle of 00 46' 28" an arc distance
of 43.79 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing
along the last mentioned curve through a central angle of 30
OS' 06" an arc distance of 174.45 feet; thence North 10 26' 01"
East 41.01 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
Southeasterly having a radius of 318 feet; thence Northerly
and Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 180
10' 28" an arc distance of 100.87 feet; thence North 190 36'
29" East 33.96 feet to the True Point of Beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($l.OO).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
