RESOLUTION NO. 69R-385
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 69R-3ll
IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 68-69-81.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on May 13, 1969, adopt Resolution No. 69R-3ll in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 68-69-81 finding and determining
that the property and area therein described should be changed
from R-A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE to M-l, LIGHT-INDUSTRIAL ZONE,
subject to the certain conditions set forth in said resolution;
and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 6 of Resolution No. 69R-3ll
reads as follows:
"6. That a 6-foot masonry wall shall be con-
structed along the west, east and south
property lines."
&~D WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said condi-
tion should be changed to read as follows:
"6. That a 6-foot masonry wall shall be con-
structed along the south property line
and the east property line adjacent to
the property presently zoned R-3."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 69R-3ll in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 68-69-81 be, and the same is hereby,
amended to read as follows:
"6. That a 6-foot masonry wall shall be con-
structed along the south property line
and the east property line adjacent to
the property presently zoned R-3."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 1~~ day of July, 1969.
