A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF N~AHEIM ACCEPTING A DEED OF DEDICATION
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF AJ.'JAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
P~lic utility purposes
an
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOtv, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
ANAHF.IM UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT,
of Or~nge County. California
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
=Yblic utilit~ purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Easterly 53.00 feet of
the Southerly 986.00 feet of the Southeast quarter
of Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10 West in
the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom the Southerly 250.67 feet.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($l.OO).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
