WHEP~AS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit; Easements for road and public
utility purposes

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEP~AS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of

described as:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lot 6, Regier Sub-
division, as shown on a l'-1ap thereof recorded in Book 6,
page 37 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of
Broadway, for:r.,erly knoy,m as Broadway Street, with the
centerline of Helena Street, as shown on a Map of
said Reqier Subdivision; thence South 150 23' East
along t6e centerline of said Helena Street a distance of
46.75 feet. thence South 740 37' West a distance of 25
feet to the beginning of a curve concave Southwesterly
and having a radius of 15 feet, a radial line bearing
LJorth 740 37' Eas t passes through the point of beginning
of said curve thence Northerly and ~\'esterly along said
curve through a central angle of 900 07' an arc distance
of 23.59 feet to an intersection with a line parallel
with and 21.75 feet Southerly of the centerline of said

in Book 2, pages 632 and 633 of Miscellaneous Records
of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Elm
Street, formerly known as Davis Street, 50 feet in width,
with the centerline of Helena Street, 50 feet in width;
thence South 740 30' West along the centerline of said
Elm Street a distance of 40 feet; thence North 150 30'
West a distance of 25 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 15 feet,
a radial line bearing South 150 30' East passes through
the point of beginning of said curve; thence Easterly
and Northerly along said curve through a central angle of
890 53' an arc distance of 23.53 feet to an intersection
with a line parallel with and 25 feet Westerly of the
said centerline of said Helena Street; thence North

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
