RESOLuTION NO. 69R- 357
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
Nrnv, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
WILTOWER PROPERTIES, INC. , a Delaware Corporation
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across a portion of the Southeast
quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, S.B.B. & M., described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said South-
east quarter of said Section 18, said Northeast
corner being the centerline of Orange Avenue and
Brookhurst Street; thence South 00 12' 50" West
along the centerline of said Brookhurst Street,
47.48 feet; thence North 890 47' 10" West 60.00
feet to the point in a line parallel with and
60.00 feet West of said centerline, said point
being the beginning of a curve concave Southwesterly
having a radius of 15.00 feet, said curve being
tangent to the last mentioned parallel line;
thence Northerly and Westerly along said curve
through a central angle of 900 21' 45" an arc
distance of 23.66 feet; thence North 00 08' 55"
West 32.00 feet to the intersection of the North
line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 18;
thence North 890 51' 05" East 75.30 feet to the
point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom the Easterly 60.00 feet lying
within the right of way of Brookhurst Street and
the Northerly 32.00 feet lying within the right
of way of Orange Avenue.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 17th day of June , 19 69 .
