WHEREAS, the CIty Councll of the City of Anahelm is
desIrous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municlpal purposes, to Wlt: An easement for roao and

WHEREAS, the owners of saId property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City CouncIl of the City of Anaheim finds

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of
