Anahein. did hold public nearings to consider amendments to the
Circulation .8lement - HigilVlay nights of way on the General Plan,
by changing Oran'jet:!1orpe Avenue, from I~raemer Boulevard to a
point 185 feet west of Linda Vista Street, from its present
classification as a ;:iajor rIi':Jhway without exception to a Najor
Highway vii th an exception, and by changing Cerri tos Avenue, from
walnut street to \vest Street, from its present classification as
a Secondary riighvv'ay without exception to a Secondary Highway with
exceptions, and at saiQ hearings die receive evidence and reports

vhiEREAS, following said 11earings the Planning Commission
aia duly adopt Resolutions Nos. PC68-276 and PC68-277 containing
a report of its findings, a sumrnary of the evidence presented
at saiQ hearings and a recormuendation tl"1at said amendments to
the General Plan, designated as lLmendments Nos. 108 and 109, be
adopted by the City Council and that the existing "Table of Excep-
tions II to the Circulation ble:nent - Highway Rights of Way on the
General Plan be mnended as follows:

October, 1968, as t:ne time and the Counci 1 Chamber in the City hall
of the City of Anaheim as the place for public hearings upon said
proposeu i\.Jlenaments ;"jos. 108 anc:t 109 to the General Plan and did
gi ve notice tJ,lereof in the manner and as provided by laYl; and

nearings, the City Council die;, duly hold and conduct such public
hearin:;s and uiC:t give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and uid receive evi~ence and reports and did thereupon
consiQer the reco~TIendations of the City Planning Commission; and

classification as a Secondary Highway without exception to a
