CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT

FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
WHEREAS, the Clty Councll of the City of Anahelm is
deslrous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to Wlt: An easement for road and
Dublic; utility purposes ______
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to-the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Councll of the City of Anaheim finds
that It lS for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept sald offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of tne City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
