A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIll RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 67R-80,
IN CONNECTION HITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 616.
VlliBRBAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on February 14, 1967 adopt Resolution No. 67R-80 terminating
all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No.
616 and declaring Kesolution No. 64R-725 null and void from
and after said date; and
WHLREAS, the owner of subject property has requested
that Sald. conditional use permit be reinstated, with a mini-
mum expiration date of 100 days from October 10, 1968; and
wlILR~AS, the Development Services Department has
recommended that Resolution l~o. 67R-80 be rescinded and said
conditional use permit reinstated; and
~mEP~AS, the city Council finds, after careful con-
sideration of the reco~~endations of the Development Services
Department and all evidence and reports submitted in connec-
tion therewith, that Resolution ~o. 67R-80 should be rescinded,
thereby reinstating Conditional Use Permit No. 616, and that
a lOa-day extension of time, from October 10, 1968, should
be granted to comply with the conditions subject to which said
conditional use permit was granted.
i\jQ\;v, ThEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 67R-80 be, and the
s~ne is hereby rescinded, thereby reinstating Conditional Use
permi t lio. 616; and that there be, and there is hereby granted
a laO-day extension of time, from October 10, 1968, within
wnich to comply with the conditions set forth in Resolution No.
64R-725 subject to which said. Conditional Use Permit No. 616
was granted..
