A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AN1llIEII-i TEHIv1INA'l'ING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERVilT NO. 743,

~VHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
November 23, 1965, adopt Resolution No. 65R-864 granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 743 permitting the establishment
of an enclosed restaurant and a shopping center, and permitting
a \vaiver of the maximum height limitation of structures within
150 feet of an 1(-1, One-Family Residential Zone, on the property
therein described, subject to certain conditions set forth in
said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested
that said conditional use permit be terminated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that subject property
nas not been developed under said conditional use permit; and
WHEREAS, the Development Services Department has
recently approved a building permit indicating that it is
now proposed to develop subject property in accordance with
standard zoning ordinances; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that, in view of
the foregoing facts, all proceedings in connection with Conditional
Use Permit No. 743 should be terminated and Resolution No. 65R-864
declared null and void.
NOW, THE1~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Conditional Use Permit No. 743 be, and the same are hereby
terminated, and that Resolution No. 65R-864 be, and the same
is hereby declared null and void from and after this date.
THE POP~GOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 8th day of October, 1968.
