A ~SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF N~AHEIM REQUESTING THE EXCLUSION
OF TRACT NO. 4644 &~D TRACT NO. 4412
FROl'1 THE SHERWOOD COUNTY STREET LIGHTING
~'ffiINTENh~CE DISTRICT.
l'lIIEREAS, Tract No. 4644 and 'l'ract No. 4412 are presently
included within Sherwood County Street Lighting Maintenance
District; and
vmEREAS, said tracts by reason of annexation are now
included within the City Limits of the City of Anaheim; and
\1HEREAS, the City of Anaheim is presently serving
electrical power to said tracts and to the street lighting
facilities located therein, and is the owner of said street
lighting facilities; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Anaheim that
said tracts be excluded from said Sherwood County Street
Lighting ~aintenance District.
NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of i\naheim that it request, and it does hereby request,
the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange to exclude
Tract No. 4644 and Tract No. 4412 from the Sherwood County
Street Lighting Maintenance District.
BE I'll FURThER RESOLVED that said County Board of
Supervisors be requested, and they are hereby requested to take
whatever steps are necessary to exclude said tracts from said
Sherwood County Street Lighting Maintenance District.
AND, BE. rf FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy
of this Resolution be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Orange.
