1;'THEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on llarch 17, 1964, adopt Resolution no. 64R-175 granting
Conditional Use Permit ~o. 509 permitting the construction
of a 98--unit, single-'story, nultiple fa..'11ily planned resi-
dential development, "lith carports, and a waiver of the
l~naheim dunicipal Code building separation requirements on
the property therein described, sWJject to certain condi-
tions set forth in said resolution, and
~~ERLAS, the City Council finds that subject
property has not been developed under said conditional use
permit, but is now being developed as Tract ~o. 5123,
-':'\-2-5000, ONE-FMlILY ZOl'iE, under l1eclassification i~o.
67-68-91, and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that,
in view of the above facts, all proceedings in connection
with Conditional Use Permit rio. 509 should be terminated,
and j~esolution :,10. 641~.-175 declared null and void.
UOh', rl'HEREFORL, BE 11' RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection
witn Conditional Use Permit iJo. 509 be, and the same are
hereby terminated~ and that Resolution No. 64R-175 be, and
the same is hereby declared null and void from and after
this date.
