A RESOLUTION OF ThE CITY COm~CIL OF THE CITY
OF ili~AHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED OF AN
EASE.iY1ENT FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, in connection with Conditional Use Permit
No. 557, involving the expansion of a trailer court at 235
South Beach Boulevard, Anaheim, California, the installation
of a storm drain was required; and
WHEREAS, tne petitioner in said Conditional Use
Permit No. 557 has tendered to the City a grant deed covering
a ten foot easement for drainage purposes as required by said
Conditional Use Permit and has further entered into an agree-
ment in connection with the construction of said storm drain;
and
\'lHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said grant deed
of said drainage easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it accept and it does hereby accept
that certain grant deed of an easement for drainage purposes
executed on the 4th day of September, 1968 by Elizabeth Lancaster
in favor of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby authorized and directed to record said easement grant
deed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 24th day of September 1968.
