RESOLUTION 68R- 593
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIH ACCEPTING FOUR EASEMENT
DEEDS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE
PEffi.lIT NO. 970.
WHEREAS, heretofore, Conditional Use Permit No. 970
covering the Disneyland Hotel expansion was granted subject
to the dedication of certain easements for road purposes; and
~VHEREAS, the principals involved have delivered to
the City certain easement deeds identified as Conditional Use
Permit 970 (1), Conditional Use Permit 970 (2), Conditional
Use Permit 970 (3) and Conditional Use Permit 970 (4), which
meet the requirements establisned in said Conditional Use
Permi t i and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said easement
deeds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it accept, and it does hereby accept
the following easement deeds delivered to the City in connection
with Conditional Use Permit 970: Conditional Use Permit 970 (1)
being an easement deed in favor of the City of Anahe~m executed
by \~alt Disney Productions and Wrather Hotels, Inc., Conditional
Use Permit 970 (2) being an easement deed in favor of the City
of Anaheim executed by Walt Disney Productions and Wrather Hotels,
Inc., Conditional Use Permit 970 (3) being an easement deed in
favor of the City of Anaheim executed by Walt Disney Productions
and Wrather Hotels, Inc., and Conditional Use Permit 970 (4)
being an easement deed in favor of the City of Anaheim executed
by Henry D. Bielefeld and Matilda Bielefeld, husband and wife,
and Walt Disney Productions; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she
is hereby authorized to record the aforementioned easement deeds.
