A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to Wlt: An easement for drainage
purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to-the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of H. E. BALMER and
MARJORIE J. BALMER, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for drainaEe

, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for drainage purposes over and across that
portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 23, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page
10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said County, des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the land described
in a deed to the City of Anaheim recorded December 20,
1965 in Book 7779, page 669 of Official Records of said
County; thence along the Westerly line of said land,
South 00 14' 50 I East, 45.48 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve, concave Northwesterly and having a radius
of 25 feet; thence Southwesterly along said curve, through
a central angle of 530 07' 4801, an arc distance of 23.18
feet to a point; thence North 00 14' 50" West, 20 feet to
a point; thence North 110 24' 28ir East, 49.50 feet to the
point of beginning.
