A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEH'l ACCEPTING Al~ EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
\VHEREAS, tile City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
ORESTO GROTTOLA and ALMA GROTTOLA, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under ana across that portion of Lot 1 of
Tract No. 2529, as per Map recorded in Book 71,
page 17, 18 and 19 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Ball
Road and Velare Street, as shown on a Map of said
Tract 2529; thence South 890 59' 47" East along
the centerline of said Ball Road a distance of
143.18 feeti thence North 00 38' 15" East a distance
of 53 feet~ thence Nortn b90 59' 47" West a distance
of 97.01 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet;
thence Westerly and Northwesterly along said curve
through a central angle of 900 38' 02" an arc dis-
-tance of 23.73 feet, thence South 89021' 45" ~~est
a distance of 30 feet to the centerline of said
Velare Street; thence South 00 38' 15" West along
the centerline of said Velare Street, a distance of
68.50 feet to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FUR'I'HER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
of the City of Anahei~ be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds
of the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
