RESOLUTION NO. 68R-572
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 1444 AND DECLARING
RESOLUTION NO. 62R-225 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on March 13, 1962, adopt Resolution No. 62R-225 granting Vari-
ance No. 1444 permitting a waiver of the minimum lot width
requirements in proposed Lots 3 and 4, a waiver of the mini-
mum front yard setback requirements on all proposed lots, and
a waiver of the minimum rear yard setback requirements on pro-
posed Lot 2 of the property therein described, subject to the
conditions set forth in said resolution; and
vlliEREAS, the City Council finds that the conditions
set forth in said resolution, subject to which said variance
was granted, have not been complied with; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that a
subsequent petition for a zoning variance on the same parcel
of property, under Variance No. 2008, has been recommended by
the City Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Variance No. 1444 be, and the same are hereby terminated; and
that Resolution No. 62R-225 be, and the same is hereby declared
null and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 17th day of September, 1968.
