!lESOLUTION NO. 68R-57l
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TER}lINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS
IN CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO.
61-62-77.
~~IEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on March 13, 1962, adopt Resolution No. 62R-224 in Reclassi-
fication proceedings No. 61-62-77, finding and determining
that the property and area therein described should be changed
from R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE, to R-l, ONE-F~4ILY
P~SIDLNTIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in
said resolution; and
vlliEREAS, the City Council finds that none of the
conditions set forth in said resolution subject to which it
was proposed to reclassify said property have been complied
with; and
lvrlEREAS, the City Council does further find that
a subsequent petition for reclassification of the same pro-
perty under Reclassification Proceedings No. 68-69-19 has
been recommended by the City Planning Commission.
NOW, TtlliREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim, that all proceedings in connection with
Reclassification Proceedings No. 61-62-77 be, and the same are
hereby terminated; and that Resolution No. 62R-224 be, and the
same is hereby declared null and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
