RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA" . AUTHORIZING CERTAIN
OF ITS MEMBERS TCV FILE WRITTEN
ARGUMENTS FOR CITY MEASURES.
WHEREAS" an election is to be held in the City of
Anaheim
on
November 5 , 1968 , at which there
will be submitted to the qualified electors of said city
tbe following city measures:
PROPOSITION
(ELECTRIC REVENUE BONDS)

To acquire, construct and finance additions to and
improvements of the works of the City for supplying the City
and its inhabitants with electric energy, shall the City of
Anaheim issue electric revenue bonds in the principal amount
of eight million six hundred fifty thousand dollars?

(WATER REVENUE BONDS)
To acquire, construct and finance additions to and
improvements of the works of the City for supplying the
City and its inhabitants with water, shall the City of

of two million dollars?

libraries and additions and improvements to the existing branch
public library, including the planting and landscaping of the
library grounds, provision for vehicle parking, initial book
stock, furniture, fixtures, equipment and other property necessary
therefor, and for the acquisition of real property for two addi-

, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETER-
MINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That this City Council" being the legis-
lative body of said city" hereby authorizes

Jack C. Dutton
Fred T. Krein
Ralph B. Clark
members of said body, to file written arguments for:' eaoh of
the oity measures set forth in the recitals hereof in aocord-
ance with Article 4, Chapter 3" Division 4 of the Elections
Code of the State of California and to change said arguments
until and including the date fiXed by the City Clerk after
which no arguments for or against said city measures may be
submitted to said Clerk.
