RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CrrY OF ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA, DETERMINING THAT THE
PUBLIC INrEREST AND NECESSITY DEMAND
THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF
CERTAIN ~ICIPAL IMPROVEMENT
AND MAKING FINDINGS RELATING THERETO.
The City Council of the City of Anaheim
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
as follows:
Section 1. That the pUblic interest and neces-
sity demand the acquisition and construction by said city
of a certain municipal improvement, to wit:
extensions and additions to the sewer systemDof the .City.
That the estimated cost of said municipal improve-
ment is $ 700,000
That said municipal improvement
requires an expenditure greater than the amount allowed for
it by the annual tax levy and is necessary and convenient
to carry aut the objects, purposes and powers of said city.

Section That the public interest and

storm drains, with a.ppurtenances and appurtenant works.
That the estimated cost of said municipal improve-
ment is $4,590,000 That said municipal improvement
requires an expenditure greater than the amount allowed for
it by the annual tax levy and is necessary and convenient
to carry out the objects, purposes and powers of said city.
