RESOLUTION NO. 68R- 531
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEHl ACCEPTING AN EASEMENI' GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES, INCLUDING A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
purposes. including a sanitary sewer easement
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ORANGE COUNTY WATER
DISTRICT
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
utility purposes, including A sanitary sewer easement
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes, including
a sanitary sewer easement over, under and across
that parcel of land being a portion of Lot 4, Sec-
tion 4, Township 4 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. & M.,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 6 of the
J. D. Taylor Tract, as per Map recorded in Book 36,
pages 58, 59 and 60 of Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California; thence North 170 00' 26"
West 56.69 feet; thence North 760 18' 00" East
461.89 feet to the intersection with the Northerly
line of Lot 6 of said J. D. Taylor Tract; thence
South 610 27' 05" West 58.53 feet along said North-
erly line; thence South 760 18' 00" West 389.43
feet; thence South 170 00' 26rr East 43.94 feet to
the intersection with the Northerly line of said
Lot 6; thence South 840 51' 05" West 15.33 feet to
the Point of Beginning.
