A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAIIEHl ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.

for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
real property
road and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha...2..- offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
~mEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
CHARLOTTE M. WINGERT, a sinqle woman,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 57.00 feet (as measured
at right angles from the monumented centerline of
Sunkist Street) of the following described parcel of
land:
The South half of the Southwest quarter of the North-
east quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom the Southerly 185.00 feet lying
within Tract No. 6459, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 241, pages 3 to 5, inclusive, of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
